Total Recall is for those who are game for some action and thrill this season. This much awaited flick is expected to release on August 3rd. It is a perfect mix of reality and memory. The movie revolves around a normal factory employee Douglas Quaid (Colin Farell). He leads an enviable life with his adorable wife (Kate Beckinsale). However, life changes its due course when Farell gets involved in a mind-trip that frees him from the grip of reality and he begins to lead the kind of life he has always yearned. He transforms himself into a super spy and begins to get an actual hang of life.
However, the operation fails and the ordinary factory employee is no longer a free bird but a criminal wanted by the police. His life undergoes a series of roller coaster changes and he finds himself running away from the police to save his dear life. He falls into this trap which is under the control of Chancellor Cohaagen. Quaid is now alienated from his loved ones and is practically left with no one he can trust. He holds a chance to end his misery though with a rebel fighter (Jessica Biel). She is employed by Bill Nighy who happens to lead the team of underground resistance.
It takes him a few moments to realize the actual purpose of his life as he dangles between reality and his perplexed mind. Len Wiseman is the man behind the movie. He has created yet another magnum opus as a director. After watching the 6 minute trailer released by Columbia Pictures, there is much anticipation among the crowds and the team hopes not to let down the audience. The trailer was released in the midst of an NBA game that was telecast on ABC. It is to be noted that some visual and sound effects are yet to be completed. Colin is looking as radiant as ever in the movie posters.
Viewers across 30 countries will get an opportunity to watch the trailer of this movie. The spark to create the movie originated from the story "We Can Remember It for You Wholesale." The key roles are played by Bokeem Woodbine, Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, John Cho and Steve Byers. Farrell shot the scenes of this movie in full swing in downtown Toronto.
